End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jarvis Coach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

3. QuickBooks Integration

Jarvis Coach integrates with Intuit QuickBooks through their official API. By using our Service, you authorize us to access your QuickBooks data as necessary to provide payment monitoring and reporting features. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures

5. Data Usage

We access your QuickBooks data solely to provide the Service. Your financial data is processed to generate spending reports and insights. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. THE INSIGHTS AND ADVICE PROVIDED ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED FINANCIAL ADVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may disconnect your QuickBooks account at any time through the Service or directly through QuickBooks.

9. Changes to this EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
